Suction Grippers made light work of my greenhouse installation
Pros: Easy to use - make sure the surfaces are wiped clean and slightly moist. , Not expensive at all for what they do, Very strong grip capability
Cons: They are only suitable for light duty DIY - not recommended for professional glazier fitting.
I needed to install sixteen 600 by 1200 sheets of 4mm float glass into my self designed greenhouse. It can be a dangerous undertaking as the sheets weigh almost 10kg each and break very easily. I bought 2 suction grippers from toolbox which made them easy and safe to install. Costs mount up fast when building something and I didn't want another white elephant tool that I had purchased on-line.
They were very good value for money, probably saved me from injury and will always come in handy
